As we gear up for our first season of service, we want to share a brief time lapse video of the truck’s paint job. The Good & Thorough team spent 36 hours total painting the truck in Española, New Mexico. 3 weeks of of body work later, the truck was ready for a new look. The painting was spread over two weeks. The video below shows the team working over 2 days. 14 hours of painting!

From drilling and Bondoing various dents and dings to waiting for the 3 coats of semi-gloss to dry, the process of putting together the truck mirrors Good & Thorough’s commitment to food: made from scratch with love.
